A very good copy.
Boyd was Professor of Medicine at The New York Homoeopathic Medical College and Flower Hospital. This work covers the history of the concept of the Simile from Hippocrates to Paracelsus to Hahnemann and beyond. A very interesting historical work that is becoming harder to find. Anyone who has purchased this title is fascinated by the information it offers. Scarce!
