Dunham's papers are his contributions to periodicals, addresses delivered at the request of societies, studies of remedies and clinical cases. This work was published after Dr. Dunham's death, and sold by his son and widow at the request of his students and colleagues. Dr. Dunham's work, and his presence as a driving force in 19th century Homoeopathy, was greatly missed. This could be seen in a letter Madame Melanie Hahnemann sent the widow Dunham, expressing her grief at the loss of Dr. Dunham.
