Large folio style book in its original cloth binding. Shows chipping and wear to spine and boards. Back hinge weak. Internally tight and clean, and overall it is a fair to good copy.
This unusual and rare work is in two parts. Part I has a materia medica arranged in columns across the top of two pages. On the same page, the remedies that are compared are listed in a separate column from top to bottom on the left of each page. The other columns contain descriptions of symptoms for each remedy. This scheme is continued in Part II, and both parts are followed by a Repertory. A unique work, and only the second copy we've been able to find in 25 years.
